    1. Augmentin
    2. Chloroquine
    3. Erythromycin
    4. Ethambutol
    5. Ethionamide
    6. Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil)
    7. Ketoconazole
    8. Methenamine
    9. Metronidazole (Flagyl)
    10. Nalidixic Acid
    11. Niclosamide
    12. Praziquantel
    13. Primaquine
    14. Pyrimethamine
    15. Quinacrine (with food and full glass of water)
    16. Quinine
    17. Rifabutin
    18. Sulfasalazine (may require Folic Acid supplement)
    19. Thiabendazole

    1. Atovaquone (Mepron)
    2. Cefuroxime (Ceftin)
    3. Cefpodoxime (Vantin)
    4. Clofazimine
    5. Griseofulvin (take with fatty meal)

    7. Mebendazole (Chew or crush tablet)
    8. Mefloquine (with food and a full glass of water)
