Dosing
Adults (and Children age >=1 year old)
Schistosomiasis
Praziquantel 20 mg/kg orally every 4 to 6 hours for 3 doses with both food and liquids
Liver

Praziquantel 25 mg/kg orally every 4 to 6 hours for 3 doses with both food and liquids
Intestinal
Tapeworm

Praziquantel 10 mg/kg orally for 1 dose
Neurocysticercosis

Praziquantel 50 mg/kg/day divided three times daily orally with both food and liquids for 10 days AND
