      7. Tick-Borne Disease (e.g. Lyme Disease, Anaplasmosis, Babesiosis, Tickborne Relapsing Fever)
      8. Tuberculosis (esp. Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis)
      9. Urinary Tract Infection

      1. Epstein Barr Virus (EBV)
        1. Accounts for 50% children with Fever of Unknown Origin (most common <6 years old)
        2. Consider even in the absence of Pharyngitis and Lymphadenopathy
