Endometriosis
- Start: 400 mg orally twice daily
- Titrate dose DOWN to lowest effective dose with goal Amenorrhea for 3-6 months (up to 9 months)
- Fibrocystic Breast Disease (or cyclical Mastalgia - off label use)
- Danazol 100 to 200 mg orally twice daily for up to 4 to 6 months
- Benign Intracranial Hypertension (Pseudotumor Cerebri)
- Peliosis hepatis
- Benign Hepatic Adenoma
- Androgenic Effects
- Acne Vulgaris
- Flushes
- Sweats
- Edema
- Libido changes
- Contraindicated in pregnancy (Pregnancy Category X)
