    1. Shoulder forward flexed to 90 degrees
    2. Elbow flexed to 90 degrees
  3. Maneuver
    1. Examiner grasps patients elbow with one hand and their wrist with the other
    2. Examiner passively externally rotates the Shoulder
      1. Impinges subscapularis Muscle against coracoacromial arch
    3. Examiner passively internally rotates the Shoulder
      1. Impinges supraspinatus Muscle, Teres Minor Muscle, and Infraspinatus Muscle
  • Interpretation
  1. Pain suggests Shoulder Impingement of the affected rotator cuff Muscles
