  1. Parenteral Vaccines
    1. Herpes Zoster or Shingles Vaccine (Zostavax)
    2. Varicella Vaccine (Varivax)
    3. Measles Mumps Rubella
    4. Smallpox (Vaccinia)
    5. Yellow Fever
  2. Oral or Nasal Vaccines
    1. Nasal Flumist Influenza Vaccine
    2. Oral Polio Vaccine
    3. Oral Rotavirus Vaccine
    4. Oral Typhoid Vaccine
  1. Two Live Vaccines may be given on same day
    1. However 2 non-oral Live Vaccines if NOT given on same day, should be separated by 4 weeks
  2. Zostavax may be given on same day as Pneumovax 23 (PPV-23)
    1. In contrast to package insert which describes 4 weeks between doses
