HIV Infection in Adult (or child weight >35 kg), in combination with other Antiretrovirals
- Take 100 mg orally daily
- Avoid in Lactation
- Unknown safety in pregnancy (registry exists)

Rifabutin
- Increase Doravirine frequency to 100 mg orally twice daily

CYP3A4 Inducers
- Avoid strong CYP3A4 Inducers with 4 weeks of Doravirine
- Examples include Carbamazepine, Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Rifampin

NNRTIs
- Do not coadminister with other NNRTIs including Efavirenz, Etravirine, Nevirapine
