Indications

Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial Hyperplasia
Cyst
ic hyperplasia (rarely progresses to cancer)
No treatment necessary
Adenomatous hyperplasia (10% progresses to cancer)
Intermittent or continuous
Progestin
Repeat biopsy in 3 to 6 months
Atypical Adenomatous hyperplasia (25-50% progress)
No future pregnancy planned
Hysterectomy
Future Fertility desired
Consult with gynecology due to high risk
High dose continuous
Progestin
Resample every 6 months
