- Ejaculatory Dysfunction (class effect)
- Avoid all Selective Alpha-1a Antagonists with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. Ketoconazole, Clarithromycin, Itraconazole, Ritonavir)
- Avoid Tamsulosin with strong CYP2D6 Inhibitors (e.g. Fluoxetine)
