  3. Collagen is composed of four Amino Acids (Proline, glycline, Lysine, hydroxyproline)
    1. Synthesis relies on nutritional intake of Vitamins and trace minerals (Vitamin C, zinc, copper, manganese)
  4. Collagen is damaged by environmental factors

    2. Ultraviolet light or Sun Exposure
