  1. Wrist
    1. Needle: 25 to 27g (1 to 1.5 inch) for injection (22g for aspiration)
    2. Methylprednisolone: 10-40 mg
    3. Lidocaine 1%: 1-2 ml
    4. Injection (or aspiration site)
      1. Within the anatomic snuff box
      2. Distal to radial tubercle and between extensor pollicis longus and the common extensor tendons
