Touch Sensation
Increased pinprick

Clothing changes
Avoid wide belts
Avoid tight garters or girdles
Weight loss
Capsaicin
Elavil
30 mg qhs
Local Anesthetic

Corticosteroid
Surgery rarely indicated
Surgical Decompression

Course
Spontaneous resolution in many cases by 2 years
