- Combination of Long-Acting Beta Agonists with Corticosteroids (ICS, for Asthma, COPD)
- Advair Diskus (Fluticasone/Salmeterol: 100/50, 250/50, 500/50)
- One puff twice daily
- Wixela Inhub (Fluticasone/Salmeterol)
- One puff twice daily
- AirDuo Respiclick (Fluticasone/Salmeterol: 55/14, 113/14, 232/14)
- Dose: One puff twice daily
- Pregnancy Category C
- Unknown safety in Lactation
- Onset 20 minutes
- Duration 12 hours
- Strong CYP3A4 Inhibitors (e.g. Ketoconazole)
- Increased Salmeterol levels
