Score 2: Major bleeding history (e.g.
Gastrointestinal Bleeding
or
Intracranial Bleeding
)
Score 2: Low
Hemoglobin
Female <12 g/dl or
Hematocrit
<36%
Male <13 g/dl or
Hematocrit
<40%
Interpretation
Total Score 0 to 2: Low Risk (2.4 bleeding events per 100 patient years)
Total Score 3: Moderate Risk (4.7 bleeding events per 100 patient years)
Total Score >=4: High Risk (8.1 bleeding events per 100 patient years)
