  1. Induction (Sedation)
    1. Etomidate 3.2 mg
    2. Ketamine 20 mg
    3. Propofol 32 mg
  2. Paralytic
    1. Succinylcholine 20 mg
    2. Rocuronium 10 mg
    3. Vecuronium 1 mg

    1. Lorazepam 0.5 mg
