Criteria
Normal Respiratory Rate at rest (bpm = breaths per minute)
Age <1 month: 30-60 bpm
Age 1 to 6 months: 30-50 bpm
Age 6 to 12 months: 24-46 bpm
Age 1 to 4 years: 20-30 bpm
Age 4 to 6 years: 20-25
Age 6 to 12 years: 16-20 bpm
Age >12 years and adult: 12-16 bpm
