  1. Allergic Rhinitis
    1. Intranasal Corticosteroids are preferred for Allergic Rhinitis (including children)

  2. Intranasal Cromolyn (5.2 mg/spray)
    1. Approved for age 2 years and older
  • Dosing
  1. Use 1 puff three to four times daily intranasally
  2. Max use: 6 puffs/day
  • Efficacy
  1. Not as effective as Intranasal Steroids in Allergic Rhinitis
  2. Effects delayed 1 to 2 weeks after starting regular use
