  2. Macrolide Antibiotics (e.g. Erythromycin, Azithromycin)
  3. Calcium Channel Blockers
  • Labs
  1. Complete Blood Count
    1. Leukocytosis
    2. Neutrophilia
  • Management
  1. Eliminate the offending agent
  2. Consider Topical Corticosteroids
