  3. As with PCSK9 Inhibitors, up regulates hepatic LDL receptors
    1. Results in increased LDL clearance from blood
    2. Lowers LDL 50% in combination with high dose Statin

  1. Inclisiran SQ at 0, 3 and 6 months, then every 6 hours (in office)
