Unknown cause
May be due to the sound of

Low to medium frequency, mid-
Systolic Murmur
Intensity: Grade 1-3 of 6 (variable)
Location: near apex to lower left sternal border
Character
Low to medium pitch
Vibratory, harmonic, musical, twanging, groaning
Provocative conditions and positions (increased murmur)
Supine position (decreased with standing)
Fever
Anemia
