  1. Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) diagnosis
  • Criteria
  1. Score 2: H - Heavy (Body Mass Index >30 kg/m2)
  2. Score 1: H - Hypertensive (two or more Antihypertensive medications)
  3. Score 3: F - Atrial Fibrillation (paroxysmal or persistent)
  4. Score 1: P - Pulmonary Hypertension (pulmonary artery systolic pressure by echo >35 mmHg)
  5. Score 1: E - Elder (age >60 years)
  6. Score 1: F - Filling Pressure, mitral inflow (Doppler echo E/e'>9)
