  1. Patient's Bladder should have at least 200-300 ml urine (or be symptomatically full)
    1. May confirm with Ultrasound or Bladder scanner
    2. May combine with the Bladder strest test (uses Foley Catheter)
  2. Patient coughs while examiner observes for urine leakage
    1. Perform while supine
    2. Repeat while standing (if no Incontinence while supine)
