    1. Score 0: Intact
    2. Score 2: Indeterminate
    3. Score 3: Disrupted
  3. Neurologic Status
    1. Score 0: Intact
    2. Score 2: Nerve Root Injury
    3. Score 2: Complete Cord Injury
    4. Score 3: Incomplete Cord Injury
    5. Score 3: Cauda Equina Injury
  • Interpretation
  1. Add total from each of the three categories
  2. Total score >4 is an indication for surgical management
    1. Fracture realignment and stabilization
