  1. Assessment Knee OCD (Osteochondritis Dissecans) of medial femoral condyle
  • Technique
  1. Patient seated or lying with leg over edge of the table
  2. Examiner positions knee in 90 degrees flexion
  3. Examiner grasps foot and internally rotates tibia
  4. Patient slowly extends knee until pain or fully extended
  1. Pain worse on knee extension to approximately 30 degrees from full extension (150 degrees)
  2. Pain relieved with external rotation of tibia (back from internal rotation to neutral position)
