Technique
Patient sits with hips flexed at 90 degrees (neutral sitting position)
Examiner extends the knee, adducts and internally rotates the hip
Examiner also palpates buttock region just lateral to the ischium
Interpretation
Positive Test if pain is reproduced on ischial palpation and passive hip internal rotation and adduction
