  1. Severely obese patient (BMI >35 kg/m2) assessment for risk of Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH)

  • One point for each symptom
  1. Hypertension
  2. Serum ALT increased
  3. Insulin Resistance
  • Interpretation
  1. Score 2 or 3 predicts progressive liver injury in patient with BMI >35 kg/m2
