  1. Decrease Aqueous Humor production and increases outflow (lowers IOP 20 to 25%)

    1. Available as combination with Brinzolamide (Simbrinza)
    2. Mirvaso (Brimonidine gel)
      1. Indicated for Eye Redness due to Rosacea
    3. Lumify (OTC Brimonidine 0.025%) released in 2018
      1. Marketed as OTC to reduce Eye Redness
      2. No proof that it is more effective than OTC ocular Decongestants (e.g. visine) and more expensive
