Assumes patient starting supine
Staff positioning on side toward Log Roll
Person 1 at head controls head and

Person 2 at torso controls body
Person 3 at knees controls lower extremities
Staff positioning on side away from Log Roll
Person 4 (examiner) ready to remove
Spine Board
and examine back
Procedure
Person 1 (at head) leads the Log Roll
On their count to 3, the team rolls the patient away from the examiner (person 4)
Person 4 (examiner)
Removes
Spine Board
Examines the back
Person 1 (at head) leads the Log Roll back to supine position
