  1. Selective Bradykinin B2 Receptor Antagonist
  • Dosing
  1. Initial Dose: 30 mg SQ
  2. Second Dose: 30 mg SQ at 6 hours after first if inadequate response to the initial dose
  3. Maximum: 90 mg total daily dose
  4. Cost: $10,000 per 30 mg dose
