    1. Significant unprotected Sun Exposure
  • Signs
  1. Characteristics
    1. Hypopigmented irregular patches
    2. More noticeable in skin types 3-6
  2. Distribution
    1. Face, head and neck
    2. Forearm
  • Management
  1. Self limited and does not require treatment
  2. Sunscreen should be used
  3. Symptomatic management
    1. Topical Corticosteroids (e.g. Hydrocortisone 0.5 to 2.5%)
    2. Topical Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment twice daily
