- Uncommon condition with onset in first year of life
- Affects infants and young children
- Very pruritic Vesicles and Pustules on acral surfaces
- Distrubuted on palms, soles and the sides of the feet
- Neonatal pustulosis

Scabies
- Infantile Scabies often presents with similar lesions on the palms and soles
- Exclude Scabies!
- Symptomatic treatment
- No specific treatments have been found effective and resolves spontaneously over time
- Recurrent episodes of skin outbreaks that become less severe over times
- Resolves without treatment in first 2 to 3 years of life
