Affects infants and young children
Findings
Very pruritic
Vesicle

Pustule
s on acral surfaces
Distrubuted on palms, soles and the sides of the feet
Differential Diagnosis
Neonatal pustulosis
Scabies
Infantile
Scabies
often presents with similar lesions on the palms and soles
Management
Exclude
Scabies

Symptomatic treatment
No specific treatments have been found effective and resolves spontaneously over time
Course
Recurrent episodes of skin outbreaks that become less severe over times
Resolves without treatment in first 2 to 3 years of life
