  1. Score -1: Pain reproduced on chest wall palpation
  2. Score +1: Men aged >=55 years or women aged >=65 years
  3. Score +1: Physician initially suspected a serious condition
  4. Score +1: Chest discomfort feels like chest pressure
  5. Score +1: Chest Pain related to effort
  6. Score +1: History of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
  • Interpretation
  1. Low Risk: -1 to 0 total score (CAD risk 0.3%)
  2. Moderate Risk: 1 to 2 total score (CAD risk 6.9%)
  3. High Risk: >=3 total score (CAD risk 64.4)
