Criteria

Score -1: Pain reproduced on chest wall palpation
Score +1: Men aged >=55 years or women aged >=65 years
Score +1: Physician initially suspected a serious condition
Score +1: Chest discomfort feels like chest pressure
Score +1: Chest Pain related to effort
Score +1: History of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)

Interpretation

Low Risk: -1 to 0 total score (CAD risk 0.3%)
Moderate Risk: 1 to 2 total score (CAD risk 6.9%)
High Risk: >=3 total score (CAD risk 64.4)
