  • Criteria
  1. Age
    1. Score 2: Age 18 to 45 years
    2. Score 4: Age 46 to 50 years
    3. Score 6: Age 51 to 55 years
    4. Score 8: Age 56 to 60 years
    5. Score 10: Age 61 to 65 years
    6. Score 12: Age 66 to 70 years
    7. Score 14: Age 71 to 75 years
    8. Score 16: Age 76 to 80 years
    9. Score 18: Age 81 to 85 years
    10. Score 20: Age >86 years
  2. Gender
    1. Score 0: Female
    2. Score 6: Male
  3. Known Coronary Artery Disease or 3 Cardiac Risk Factors
    1. Score 0: No
    2. Score 4: Yes
  4. Diaphoresis
    1. Score 0: No
    2. Score 3:Yes
  5. Pain radiates to arm, Shoulder, neck or jaw
    1. Score 0: No
    2. Score 5: Yes
  6. Pain occurs or worsens with inspiration
    1. Score 0: No
    2. Score -4: Yes
  7. Pain reproduced with chest palpation
    1. Score 0: No
    2. Score -6:Yes

  • Low Risk Findings
  1. EDACS <16: Low Risk for cardiac Chest Pain AND
  2. Non-ischemic EKG AND
  3. Two serial Troponins negative (0 and 2 hours)
