Score -3 to 0: Very low risk (serious adverse events <=0.9% in 30 days)
Score 1: Low Risk (serious adverse events <=1.9% in 30 days)
Score 2 to 3: Medium risk (serious adverse events 3.8 to 7.5% in 30 days)
Score 4 to 5: High risk (up to 25% serious adverse event rate)
Score >=6: Very high risk (up to 75% serious adverse event rate)
