  2. Placebo success rate: 19%
  3. Less effective than injectable alprostadil
  • Adverse effects
  1. Hypotension (3%)
  2. Dizziness (2%)
  3. Mild Erectile discomfort (32%)
  4. Minor Urethral burning or bleeding
  5. Priapism is rare
