  2. Step 1: Vacuum tube placed over penis and sealed at base with lubricant
  3. Step 2: Vacuum pump removes air from tube (pulling blood into penis)
  4. Step 3: Apply constricting band around penis
  5. Step 4: Band must be removed within 30 minutes

  1. Penis cooler to touch (apply warm washcloth)
  2. Penis dark pink to blue color with constricting band
