    3. Sum 2 grades for total score of 2 to 10 for tumor
  2. Interpretation: Prostate Cancer histology
    1. Grade 2 suggests highly differentiated tumor (best)
    2. Grade 10 suggests undifferentiated tumor (worst)

    1. Grade Group 1: Equivalent to Gleason Score of 6 (3+3)
    2. Grade Group 2: Equivalent to Gleason Score of 7 (3+4)
    3. Grade Group 3: Equivalent to Gleason Score of 7 (4+3)
    4. Grade Group 4: Equivalent to Gleason Score of 8 (4+4)
    5. Grade Group 5: Equivalent to Gleason Score of 9 or 10 (4+5 or 5+5)
  2. Interpretation
    1. GG1 lesions are associated with very low mortality
    2. Most Prostate Cancer Management is focused on GG2 and higher
