  3. Place palm of right hand over right lower Abdomen
  4. Spread and position fingers
    1. Middle finger along inguinal ligament
    2. Middle fingertip in External Inguinal Ring
    3. Index finger over Internal Inguinal Ring
    4. Ring finger over femoral canal
  5. Patient performs Valsalva Maneuver or strains
  6. Repeat procedure on left side with left hand
