  1. Levomilnacipran (Fetzima) 20 mg, 40 mg, 80 mg, 120 mg capsules
  • Dosing
  • Adults
  1. Start: 20 mg orally daily
  2. May increase dose as early as 2 days later to 40 mg orally daily
  3. May increase dose by up to 40 mg every 2 days (80 mg, 120 mg) to maximum of 120 mg daily
  4. Maximum
    1. Normal Renal Function: 120 mg/day
    2. Moderate renal Impairment: 80 mg/day
    3. Severe renal Impairment: 40 mg/day
