  5. Self-criticalness
  6. Suicidal thoughts or wishes
  7. Loss of interest
  • Interpretation (based on sum of the 7 questions above, each with a score of 0-3; maximum 21)
  1. Score 0 to 3: Minimal depression symptoms
  2. Score 4 to 6: Mild depression symptoms
  3. Score 7 to 9: Moderate depression symptoms
  4. Score 10-21: Severe depression symptoms
