  2. Hearing Test
  3. Vision test
  4. Cardiovascular exam
  5. Complete Musculoskeletal Exam
  6. Complete Neurologic Exam (including cognition)
  7. Observe gait
    1. See Abnormal Gait
  8. Get Up and Go Test
