    1. Flexion of arms toward chest (with clenched fists)
    2. Hyperextension legs
  2. Associated CNS Lesions
    1. Lesions superior to mid-brain (e.g. Cerebral Hemispheres, Internal Capsule, thalamic lesions)

  1. Findings
    1. Arms and legs extended
    2. Head and neck arched backwards
    3. Internally rotated
  2. Associated CNS Lesions
    1. Brainstem lesions (e.g. pons, Midbrain)
