  1. Adult 0.5 ml IM
  2. Interval
    1. Low risk patients: every 8-10 years
    2. Following contaminated wound if >5 years from prior Vaccine
    3. Risk of repeat exposure: every 5 years
  3. Warming Vaccine in hands does not reduce pain
