    1. Score 0: Absent
    2. Score 1: Mild
    3. Score 2: Moderate
    4. Score 3: Severe
  2. Symptoms (0 to 15 points)
    1. Pain
    2. Cramps
    3. Heaviness
    4. Pruritus
    5. Paresthesias
  3. Signs (0 to 18 points)
    1. Edema
    2. Skin Induration
    3. Hyperpigmentation
    4. Venous Ectasia
    5. Redness
    6. Pain on calf compression
  1. Total 0 to 4: Absent PTS
  2. Total 5 to 9: Mild PTS
  3. Total 10 to 14: Moderate PTS
  4. Total >=15: Severe PTS
