- Recovering Immune System and rising CD4 Counts respond to latent infections and malignancies
- Fever
- Lymphadenopathy
- Symptoms or signs related to underlying infection or malignancy
- Low starting CD4 Count
- Antiretroviral therapy related Drug Reaction
- Treat underlying infection or malignancy
- Observation and supportive care
- Consult with HIV specialist
- In unusual cases, Antiretroviral therapy may need to be held
