  • Epidemiology
  1. Perimenopausal or postmenopausal women
  • Symptoms
  1. Chronic diffuse vulvar burning or Pruritus
  2. Less severe than Localized Vulvar Dysesthesia
    1. Less Dyspareunia
    2. Less point tenderness
  3. Urethral or Rectal discomfort
  4. Chronic Low Back Pain may be related
  • Signs
  1. Generalized dysesthesia
  2. Concurrent dermatitis suggests other diagnosis
