- Perimenopausal or postmenopausal women
- Chronic diffuse vulvar burning or Pruritus
- Less severe than Localized Vulvar Dysesthesia
- Less Dyspareunia
- Less point tenderness
- Urethral or Rectal discomfort
- Chronic Low Back Pain may be related
- Generalized dysesthesia
- Concurrent dermatitis suggests other diagnosis
