Avoid in BMI >29 (lower efficacy)

if the ring is out more than 2 hours during the 21 days of cycle
Efficacy may be reduced by oil or silicone based vaginal products or lubricants

Expensive at $2000 per ring, especially if lost (but $160/month similar to NuvaRing)
