  • Causes
  • Symptoms
  1. Typically asymptomatic
  2. Burning or itching is possible
  • Signs
  1. Denuded, red smooth, shiny, sharply circumscribed symmetric Plaque
  2. Appears on posterior midline dorsal Tongue
  • Differential Diagnosis
  • Management
  1. Asymptomatic lesions require no treatment
  2. Treat with oral Antifungals for candida
