Symptoms
Pruritic rash comprised of bands in concentric circles
Bands move as much as 1 cm daily
Signs
Characteristics
Concentric waves of erythema (wood grain appearance)
Erythema may be be flat (
Macula
r) or slightly raised
Fine white scale may be present
Distribution
Trunk
Proximal arms and legs
Spares face, hands and feet

Course
Onset often precedes cancer diagnosis by 9 months
Resolves within 1 week of cancer treatment
