- Cellulitis caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae

- Food Handlers
- Raw Saltwater fish or shellfish
- Raw Poultry or meat
- Animal Hides
- Onset one week after hand abrasions
- Pruritic, painful Rash develops at abrasion site
- Locally tender violaceous swellings with raised margin
- Lesions spread peripherally
- Brown pigmentation of lesions then follows
